Rob Sheppard

Chairman

Rob is President of Integrity Broadcasting and has over 30 years of experience in broadcast television, including having served as General Manager/Program Director of YES-TV. He has been married to his wife Christine for 23 yrs, and they have 3 children.

Tim Cestnick

Treasurer

Over the past 25 years, Tim Cestnick has developed a reputation as one of the most respected authors, speakers and executives in the Canadian wealth management industry. His status as an expert is reinforced by his role as a tax and personal finance columnist for The Globe and Mail, Canada’s most prominent national newspaper. Tim currently serves as Co-Founder & CEO of Our Family Office.

Robert Tomilson
(DNM, R.N.C.P.)

Director

Robert is a Doctor of Natural Medicine and is a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners. He is co-founder of The Institute of Natural Health Technologies (INHT) and conducts BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE) training programs across North America. Robert previously owned an import/export business spanning 13 countries and served on a motivational speaking circuit from 1992 to 2000, inspiring business owners in large auditoriums across Canada and the U.S.

Wendy Pauls

Director

Wendy is a Professional Co-Active Life Coach, TV host of “Living Truth,” speaker, and personal trainer, not to mention wife, mother and new grandmother! She also co-founded and led a marriage enrichment initiative called “Hot Date Night.” Believing that life is a gift to be savoured and shared. Wendy welcomes opportunities to sow into people's lives.
